Observe quiet hours from 10pm - 8am, respect other boaters and residents. Cleanliness: Keep docks and surrounding areas clean, dispose of trash in the designated bins Environmental Protection: Do not discharge, oil, fuel, sewage or any pollutants into the water. Use proper facilities to do so. Failure to comply will result in removal from the dock with no refund. Shore power & water: Use shore power and water hookups responsibly. Disconnect when not in use. Billing for water and electricity will take place at the end of your stay. Repairs & Maintenance: No major repairs and maintenance is allowed on premise. Any work carried out needs to be approved by owner of property. Pets: Keep pets on a leash and clean up after them. Any damages caused by pets will result in payments to replace or repair property. Fishing: No fishing off the dock.
