Please note that parking for additional vehicles or boat trailers is not available. *Pet Policy: Pets must be leashed at all times while on the property. *Guest Supervision: The individual who rented the lift must be present on the property whenever their guests are onsite. *Quiet Enjoyment: Please respect the tranquility of our community; yelling and loud noises are not permitted on the property. *Liability: Use of the boat lift is at your own risk. Renters are responsible for ensuring the lift is operational before use and will be held accountable for any damage to the lift during their rental period. *Weather Awareness: Gull Lake can experience high winds and waves. Renters acknowledge these conditions and accept responsibility for any damage caused to the dock, lift, their own boat, or others’ property due to weather conditions. *Use of Facilities: The dock and lift are strictly for boating access. No parties or gatherings are allowed at the dock. It is not a recreational area but merely a point for launching and docking. *Dock Use: The dock tie-up space is reserved exclusively for overnight guests of the property. Renters of the boat lift are not permitted to tie up at the dock; please use the boat lift for all boating activities.
