As this is our private home we do not allow live-a-boards, social gatherings, or extensive maintenance and repairs at the dock. The dock has easy access to St. Petersburg, Gulfport and Treasure Island anchorages, boat yards, restaurants and many other amenities. Renter is responsible for removing vessel from slip upon termination of docking period and all liability related therein, including cost of captain or towing services. We are members of the SSCA and AGLCA and can accommodate short stays for specific situations. In the event of a "named storm" by NHS/NOAA that places our location in the 3 day cone, all vessels must be moved from the property. Vessel can return once storm has passed or area deemed to be in the clear. Dock owner reserves the right to terminate dockage in the event of storm damage. Rates include 7% Florida sales tax as applicable. Boater is responsible for any damages to dock , property, or other vessels caused by boaters actions or negligences, or damage caused by any part of vessel while docked, including fuel spills, oil spills, or other envinronmental impact events. Renter to provide Certificate of Insurance naming dock owner as additional insured and loss payee and to include minimum $1 million general liability coverage and assumes all liability for use of dock. Vessel must remain operational and moveable. Dock and yard entry is considered a non-smoking area. Monthly or longer bookings are non-cancellable once the slip is in use. Dockage agreement addendum required prior to docking.

Private home in waterfront neighborhood with easy access to Publix, marina services, restaurants, medical facilities, I-275 and downtown St. Petersburg. 30amp power and water available. Electrical use allowed to the extent of on board chargers. On board Refrigeration units or HVAC electrical usage to be assessed an additional fee to be determined based on size and actual use. No pumpout or emptying of portapotties. No commercial vessels. Renter to provide Certificate of Insurance naming dock owner as additional insured and loss payee and to include minimum $1 million general liability coverage and assumes all liability for use of dock.
