About this Property
This is a Sea-wall with a 20,000lbs new lift at a private house. We will require the renter to get their own insurance for the doc/lift. There will be no storage on site and we will offer one parking space only to be used when you are on the boat. Hours of access will be from 6:00am to 10:00pm 7 days a week.
