Dock must be kept clean at all times.  No dock boxes, furniture, grills, coolers, fish cleaning etc allowed on the dock.  These are to be stored in the vessel at all times No boat repair, painting, mechanical work allowed.  Waste must be disposed of per maritime law, not in the canal This is a quiet neighborhood so no loud music and disorderly conduct will be allowed Boat security and foul weather planning are the sole responsibility of the vessel owner.
