Well-protected 15' deep-water canals of Yacht Club Colony, N Fort Myers, FL just 4 miles upstream from downtown Fort Myers and 22 miles from the Gulf. Sailboat and Catamaran-friendly with 55'-58' air draft clearance under Cape Coral and Fort Myers bridges. Electricity and Water are available. Publix, Walgreens, Napa, & restaurants are located 2 miles away at the entrance to our neighborhood. Bicycle or minivan rental may be available. The docks are behind our private home in a quiet upscale neighborhood. Be respectful. Light maintenance is acceptable. We are boaters and have our vessels onsite.
