As a courtesy and when not in use by dock owner, renters are allowed to use dock to relax or to fish; this privilege should not be abused. Pet owners must clean up after pets and are responsible for pet damage. Also as a courtesy, an extra space is available for the boat trailer, subject to approval. IMPORTANT: Dock Owner is not responsible for any injury/damage that may occur to Dock Renter or to Renter’s watercraft. Renter and watercraft must be covered fully by Renter’s own insurance. Renter will be required to sign a liability release agreement directly with owner.
