No fixed bridges between the dock and open water. Ideal for larger powerboats, seasonal South Florida dockage, or owners using nearby yacht yards and marine-service facilities. This is a private residential berth for one vessel, not a crowded commercial marina. DOCK DETAILS • Approximately 80 feet of usable dock length • Up to 21 feet of beam, subject to vessel configuration • No fixed bridges • Approximately 30 minutes to open water • Fresh water included • 50-amp and 100-amp marine shore power • Standard 20-amp household outlet • Metered electricity billed separately • Two private power pedestals • One onsite parking space • Quiet, protected canal location DRAFT INFORMATION Approximately 5 ft dockside depth, subject to tide and vessel verification. The vessel’s actual draft must be compatible with the berth before final commitment.
