No commercial activities allowed ie. charters or vacation rental. No contractors allowed from noon on Saturdays until Monday. Amenities at Longboat Key Club are not included with this rental.

About this Property
This deep-water slip will accommodate a vessel up to 70' with a beam of 17’. The slip offers the closest proximity to the marina channel for effortless docking and direct access to Sarasota Bay and the Intercoastal Waterway. Breathtaking views of serene waters, vibrant sunsets and the Sarasota skyline. Publix, CVS, Chase Bank, Post Office and public beach access are all within walking distance. Complimentary shuttle to St. Armand's Circle is available. Slip rent includes pump out boat on request, water, WIFI, laundry facility, mail room and bathhouse. Two 50amp circuits are available and actual electric will be billed separately. Once the 7 day review period has expired, a $500 deposit outside of Dockshare is required to secure electric reimbursement. Rental is contingent upon vessel approval by Harbormaster and $1M in liability insurance. Rental term will be month to month with a 30 day notice to vacate by either party.
