There is absolutely NO SWIMMING allowed. Please put all trash in the Dumpster provided by the Association and assist in policing the grounds. Close and lock all doors behind you. Please respect your neighbor’s right to enjoy the facility. Please keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 P.M. Slip owners or lessees are responsible for the behavior of guests and family members. There is to be NO obstruction of common areas. No structural alterations of ANY kind may be made without prior written permission of the Board of Directors. All work is to be administered and supervised by the Board. Children under 12 years of age MUST be accompanied by an adult. All areas located within 200 feet of any building or floating dock are “NO WAKE” zones. Remember that you are responsible for your boat’s wake. Due to the limited ventilation in most areas of the Marina and to the wooden construction of the facility, there shall be no open fires, flames, or use of hibachis, grills, citronella candles, or burning of insect repellents on any walkway, beam, dock, platform or on any other part of the marina structure. However, sensible use of grills and stoves that are attached to boats is acceptable.
