About this Property

Property is located on the canal side of Holden Beach so a docked boat will be out of the hustle n bustle of the ICW. Parking is available at the front of the house for up to 3 vehicles. The back yard includes a charcoal grill, fire pit, picnic table, outdoor shower, and a 100ft water hose that will reach the floating dock. Im a 70 year old widow that resides here full time. I use the dock to trap crabs during the summer but would love for someone to enjoy the back yard and dock more often.
