About this Property

New commercial grade fixed dock located on the ICW. Located 7.5 miles inland from the Atlantic Coast and makes for good hurricane refuge. We have two 50 amp power sources on the dock. Extended liveaboards not permitted, but occasional overnights allowed. Parking available. Close proximity to Outer Banks and their attractions. Short and Long term dockage available. Brackish water minimal salinity. Our dockage rate is based on a 40 foot vessel. Vessels larger or smaller or with longer duration please message for pricing and availability.
