About this Property

Sailboat Canal dockage with a 10 minute ride to the mouth of the Myakka, 10 minutes to Charlotte Harbor or up the Myakka River. Conveniently located less than a 1/4 mile from the El Jobean boat ramp. Pier side depth is at least 4.5’, deeper as you move towards the middle of the canal. In addition to the seawall, there is a 10x3 dock for ease of embarking. Cleats are provided on the seawall to tie up. The dock is to hold your vessel off the wall. Finally, the area is secured with four video surveillance cameras. Dock with us and be assured your vessel always has “eyes on”. El Jobean is a quaint little village with a gas station/convenience store just down the street and a bait shop 1/2 a mile up the road. Two bars are within walking distance. Last I checked, fuel (gas only) available at Gulf Coast Marina (end of the primary canal). Pier side maintenance is permitted with prior notification and approval of property owner. Third party maintenance MUST be discussed and approved before any work is to commence.
